Stephen Dukes - Partner & Chief Software Architect |

Stephen brings more than 18 years of project management, applications development, technical writing and user testing experience to Mellon Consulting Group, LLC. Prior to co-founding MCG, Stephen led the FedEx Global Support Applications group where he managed the testing, design and support of mission critical customs and clearance applications. He also led design, testing, and deployment efforts for the FedEx PowerPad project which replaced courier scanning, dispatch, and communications systems with a single mobile device. Stephen oversees all technical development for Mellon Consulting Group. His project management background, programming expertise, and diversified experience provide Mellon with extraordinary team leadership. Stephen is also the project manager for the majority of Mellon's largest development projects.

Craig Pfeifer - Partner & Executive Consultant |

Craig co-founded Mellon Consulting Group, LLC as an Executive Consultant, bringing over 23 years of information technology experience. His past responsibilities include management positions in enterprise data warehousing environments, web and application development, complex server hosting in several multi-million dollar data centers, multi-campus network support as well as directing customer technical support for hundreds of clients in the mid-south. During his career at FedEx Express, Craig was responsible for the management and day-to-day operations of 750+ servers in multiple data centers as well as the technical support for multiple campuses. He also managed the development of the decision support systems for the entire FedEx Retail channel. Craig's responsibilities with Mellon include maintainting customer relationships and management of our largest accounts.

Adam Underwood - Partner & Sales Director |

Adam manages over 90% of Mellon's customer relationships. From Mellon's smallest data backup customers to some of the larger development and consulting projects, Adam is involved in closing sales, project management, and customer service. As a board member of the Mid South Medical Group Management Association and the Memphis Business Alliance, Adam has developed strong partnerships within the Memphis medical society and the locally owned business community. Openly conceding his partners' technical superiority, Adam focuses his skills on business management, market development, and customer relationships.

Trey Otey - Systems Design & Administration Manager |

Trey has been with Mellon since our inception in 2008. He manages all aspects our data centers in both Memphis, TN and Dallas, TX. Trey oversees all backup opportunties and hosting environments and has obtained certifications with Microsoft, Cisco, VMware, Citrix, and others. His extensive experience across multiple platforms makes Trey an invaluable member of the team.

Andrea Acton, PMP - Project Manager |

Andrea is involved in all software development projects that pass through Mellon's doors. Whether the project is big or small, Andrea is dedicated to making sure our projects are completed to our customers' satisfaction. Her responsibilities include coordinating activities and resources for projects, client communication, and any day-to-day tasks that help Mellon run as a growing business. Andrea is a graduate of Saint Louis University and is Project Management certified by the Project Management Institute (PMI).

James is Mellon's senior in-house developer. Originally from Southern California, James has been in Tennessee since 1997. He is primarily a PHP developer, but also works with JavaScript, Objective-C, Cocoa, C, C++, Object Pascal, and Java.

Elizabeth Vaughn - Requirements & Testing Manager |

Elizabeth works with Mellon's clients to clearly define and document their expectations for software development projects. Her goal is to build sound business requirements that achieve the results Mellon's clients have envisioned. Prior to joining Mellon, Elizabeth was Director of Business Systems and Processes for the insurance administration division of Aviva Life & Annuity. Her responsibilities included developing business requirements and overseeing projects of all sizes related to process and operational improvement initiatives.
